Found a decent starter template for sentiment analysis, but need to add custom scoring logic and integrate with our Zendesk setup. Don’t want to start from scratch - any platforms that allow deep modification of pre-built AI workflows? Bonus if they handle model version updates automatically.

Used to fork GitHub repos of open-source templates, but keeping dependencies updated was painful. Now use platforms where templates are living documents - my customizations persist through underlying model updates.
look for template markets with ‘remix’ features. some let you edit core logic while maintaining upstream updates
