How to locate pageUrl and pageName values from form submissions in HubSpot dashboard

I’m working with HubSpot’s form submission API and I need to send pageUrl and pageName parameters when someone fills out a form on my website. The API documentation mentions these two fields are important to include in the submission request. However, I can’t figure out where exactly these submitted values show up once they’re in HubSpot’s system. I’ve been looking through the contacts section and form analytics but I’m not sure if I’m checking the right places. Can someone point me to the specific location in the HubSpot interface where I can view the pageUrl and pageName data that gets sent along with form submissions? I want to make sure the integration is working properly and that this tracking information is being captured correctly.

Go to Marketing > Forms in your HubSpot dashboard and pick the form you want to track. Click the Performance tab and you’ll see a submissions table with all the details, including pageUrl and pageName values. Click any submission to see the full breakdown. I’ve found this way more reliable than digging through contact timelines since everything’s in one spot. If you need data across multiple forms, just create custom reports under Reports > Analytics Tools.

The submission data gets stored as contact properties in HubSpot - that’s probably why you’re missing it. Go to the contact record and scroll down to Contact Information. Look for custom properties matching your pageUrl and pageName fields. They don’t show up in the default view, so click “View all properties” to see them. I ran into this same thing because HubSpot creates these as custom contact properties instead of showing them in the activity timeline. You can double-check by going to Settings > Properties and searching for your form fields to make sure they’re mapped right. This saved me when I had data that was actually there but buried in the extended property view.

just check the timeline of the contact who submitted the form. tap on their activity feed and look for the form submission event. once you click it, you should see the pageUrl and pageName. it can take a lil while to load sometimes tho.

I’ve dealt with this in HubSpot before - those pageUrl and pageName values usually show up in the form submission data, not as regular contact properties. Go to Marketing > Forms, pick your form, then hit the Submissions tab. Click on individual submissions and look for an expandable section with extra submission context - that’s where you’ll find the page tracking data. Here’s the annoying part: this info doesn’t always sync right away. Sometimes it takes several minutes to show up in the submission record. Also check your form’s field mapping in the form editor to make sure pageUrl and pageName are set to capture properly. If they’re not configured right, they won’t get stored even if your API calls are sending them correctly.

Check your CRM’s form submission details too. Go to contacts, click someone who filled out your form, then look under ‘activities.’ Expand the form submission entry - the pageurl and pagename data might be buried in there as metadata. Could be hidden by default depending on how your HubSpot’s configured.
