How to try Axiom.AI integration with Zapier and Google Sheets before upgrading to paid plan

I want to connect Axiom.AI with my Google Sheets through Zapier but I’m not sure if it will work for my needs. I need to test everything before spending money on the premium subscription.

I already set up my Zapier account and connected it to Google Sheets. Everything was going fine until I needed the API token from Axiom. When I went to get the token, I found out that API access requires their pro membership which costs around fifty dollars per month.

The message I got said something like “API functionality needs pro account or better - upgrade now to continue.”

Is there any way to test this integration first? I don’t want to pay for a whole month just to find out it doesn’t work how I expected. Any suggestions would be great.

axiom’s pricing is super frustrating! check out phantombuster or browse ai. both have solid free tiers for zapier testing. phantombuster works great with google sheets and lets you test the whole workflow before dropping cash.

No, Axiom doesn’t offer API trials, which can be frustrating. I encountered the same issue in a client project last year. When I reached out to their support, they were helpful and provided API documentation along with sample responses that clarified whether the integration would meet my needs. It’s also worth exploring their documentation section for example workflows that demonstrate the capabilities of Axiom. Additionally, consider searching for other users on platforms like Reddit or relevant forums who have experience with the Axiom-Zapier-Google Sheets setup. From what I recall, it manages basic data pulls and updates in sheets quite well, but don’t expect it to perform complex conditional operations.

Contact their sales team and ask about a shorter API trial. Many SaaS companies will do 7-14 day trials for enterprise features if you just ask, even when it’s not advertised. I’ve done this successfully with other tools. You could also test Axiom’s automation on their free tier first. You can’t test the API connection, but you’ll see if Axiom handles your data extraction and manipulation properly. If that works, the Zapier integration is usually simple since it’s just passing data through their endpoints. Or check out Make.com instead of Zapier. They often have different pricing and trial options that give you more testing flexibility before you commit to premium plans.
