I’m having trouble converting HubSpot proposals directly into Xero bills.
Every time I create a proposal in HubSpot, there’s no straightforward way to push it over to Xero as an invoice. This means I have to manually recreate everything in Xero, which takes forever and defeats the purpose of having both systems connected.
I’ve been searching for solutions but haven’t found anything that works smoothly. The manual data entry is becoming a real time sink for our team.
Has anyone else faced this challenge? Are there any plugins or third-party tools that can bridge this gap? I’d really appreciate hearing about any workarounds or solutions you’ve discovered.
