Hey everyone, I’m wondering if others are dealing with HubSpot problems right now. The platform has been incredibly sluggish for me today. I keep getting error messages when trying to save emails, pages won’t load properly, and overall everything feels like it’s running through mud. This is really frustrating because I have a ton of tasks I need to finish before taking time off tomorrow. The slow performance is making everything take twice as long as it should. Has anyone else noticed similar issues with the platform today or is this just happening to me?
Same issue here - hit me around noon too. Contact import completely died while uploading a 500-person list, and now I can’t even check import history to see what went through. What really bugs me is they didn’t send alerts until hours after people started complaining. Been on HubSpot for three years, and these outages are getting more common. They usually take 6-8 hours to fix things once they admit there’s a problem, so I’d hold off on any big updates until tomorrow morning.
Yeah, HubSpot always crashes during peak hours - especially mid-week when everyone’s running campaigns and updates. Those save errors happen when their database gets slammed. Same thing hit me last month, nothing saved for three hours straight. Switching to smaller batches instead of processing everything at once fixed it for me. Clearing browser cache also helps with the loading problems, at least temporarily. Their team usually fixes these fast, but the timing sucks when you’re trying to finish stuff before taking time off.
same here, thought my laptop was dying lol. hubspot support finally responded to my ticket saying they’re aware of the issue. apparently some server maintenance went wrong this morning. no eta on the fix yet but at least its not just us dealing with this mess
Hit the same problems around 2 PM EST - figured it was my internet at first. HubSpot’s status page showed nothing initially, then they posted about performance issues an hour later. These outages usually clear up in 4-6 hours once they find what’s wrong. If you’re in a rush, try the mobile app - it often works better when the main platform’s struggling. I managed to update some contacts that way while waiting for everything to get back to normal.
Been dealing with the same crap all day. These outages always hit when you need the system most.
I quit relying on HubSpot alone after getting burned too many times. Now I run parallel automations that handle critical stuff independently. HubSpot goes down? My workflows keep running.
For your immediate issue - try different endpoints or hit their API directly if you can. Sometimes the main interface dies but the backend still works.
Real solution though? Build redundancy. I’ve got automated workflows that mirror my HubSpot processes on separate infrastructure. Platform fails, operations continue.
Building backup systems is easier than you think once you know the right tools. Key is workflows that run independently but sync data when everything’s normal.

Yeah, HubSpot’s been a mess for me too. The whole platform feels unstable lately.
This is exactly why I moved my critical workflows off HubSpot. When a third-party platform goes down, you’re stuck waiting.
I built backup automations for email campaigns, lead routing, and data syncing that work even when HubSpot’s having issues. The trick is making workflows that run independently, then sync back when the platform’s stable.
For today’s tasks, export your data and work locally, then upload when it’s running smooth.
Long term, set up automated failovers so you’re not stuck next time. And there will be a next time.
