Is anyone experiencing issues purchasing Figma subscriptions?

I’ve been trying to get a Figma plan for my design work but keep running into problems during the purchase process. Every time I try to complete the transaction, something seems to go wrong. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with my payment method, browser settings, or if there’s something happening on Figma’s end. Has anyone else dealt with similar checkout problems recently? I really need to upgrade my account to access the pro features for my current project. Any suggestions on how to fix this or alternative ways to complete the purchase would be super helpful. Had this same issue three weeks ago upgrading to pro. Tried different browsers and payment methods - nothing worked. Hit up Figma support through their help center and they got back to me in a few hours. Turns out their billing system was having issues in certain regions. Support manually processed my subscription and sent a direct payment link that worked perfectly. If the usual fixes don’t work, just contact them directly. Their billing support is actually pretty fast and they’ve definitely seen this before.

clearing cookies & cache worked for me too! also, make sure your card info is spot on with the bank records. sometimes the little things mess up a purchase.

Had the same issue last month - turned out to be my browser. I was running Chrome with strict privacy settings and an ad blocker that kept blocking the payment. Switched to incognito and turned off extensions, then it worked fine. Also check if you’re using a VPN since that can trip their fraud detection. If the browser trick doesn’t work, try a different device. Figma’s payment system is weird but usually works once you get the settings right.
