Is anyone experiencing login problems with Spot and Hub?

Hey everyone,

I’m having some trouble with Spot and Hub today. Every time I try to log in to the Hub, it’s not working. And when I go to the Spot website, it won’t even load properly.

Is this happening to anyone else? It’s really frustrating because I need to get some work done.

I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and using a different browser, but no luck. Maybe it’s a server issue?

I’ve been dealing with this Spot and Hub nightmare all day too. It’s not just you, mate. Tried logging in from my work computer, home laptop, even my ancient tablet - no dice. The whole system seems to be down.

What’s really grinding my gears is the lack of communication from their end. You’d think they’d blast out an email or update their Twitter with some info. But nope, radio silence.

In the meantime, I’ve had to get creative. Dusted off some old spreadsheets and started tracking things manually. It’s not ideal, but it’s keeping me from falling too far behind. If this drags on much longer though, I might have to explain to the boss why I’m suddenly working like it’s 1995.
