Is anyone utilizing Zapier?

I’m considering how to enhance my workflows since many of my clients utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO). I currently work with Financial Cents, Excel, Google Sheets, and document storage services like Dropbox and Google Drive. My preferred payroll solution is Payworks, although I do also use QuickBooks and Wagepoint. With the prospect of bringing a bookkeeper on board, I want to streamline my operations. I’ve explored Zapier’s website and noticed numerous integration options, but I’m uncertain about their practical application. Is anyone here actively using Zapier? What are your thoughts on it? How does the pricing work, especially considering the action-based quotes? How much efficiency have you gained from it? Would you suggest it for someone starting out?

zapier is gr8 if u want to automate things & connect diff apps without coding! pricing really depends on how many zaps (workflows) you run per month. starts free but gets costly if you have loads of tasks. I’ve autom8d some processes and it’s a time-saver! give it a shot!
