Is Hubspot's interface too complicated for new users?

I’m new to CRM software and just started using Hubspot for my business. The interface seems really complex and hard on the eyes. It’s taking me a long time to figure out how everything works.

I’m worried my team might struggle with it too since they’ve never used a CRM before. The mobile app is a bit better but the desktop version is tough.

I’ve used simpler CRMs in the past that were more user-friendly but more expensive. Has anyone else found Hubspot challenging to learn? Any tips for making it easier to use and understand? I’m curious to hear others’ experiences with it.

hubspot is tricky at the beginnin but hang in there. spend a day exploring basic functions then slowly try the rest. i found the quick vids are a lifesaver when you’re lost sometimes.
