Is there a service issue with Google Sheets ingtegration

I’m currently building a new scenario with a google sheets trigger (basic copy of one of my handful of existing similar workflows with a ‘new row’ trigger). But the trigger is failing to respond in testing. news rows are being added, the correct sheet has been configured but… nothing.

Any ideas @Raian ?

Are you using the instant or polling trigger?

Good question. I’m using the instant trigger

Have you tried running it in the production version of the scenario? We’ve received similar complaints recently, so I suspect there might be some issues. I’ll test it today, and it may need to be revised.

I havent yet, the polling version seems to work (albeit being slow, as expected), but i cant really put this into production until i can verify functionality and also populate the request data set so i can reference it in later workflow stages.

Could you please raise as a bug and keep me updated on progress as this is currently a blocker.

I’ve tested it and confirmed there’s an issue with the Google Sheets trigger for new rows. It no longer captures incoming data correctly. However, other triggers, like those for updates, are working fine.

I’ll pass this on to the development team tomorrow and provide an estimate for the fix.

@Raian is there any estimate yet on when this issue will be resolved?

It should be addressed during the next sprint, so the estimated timeframe is about two weeks
