Configured an ALM to JIRA synchronization; the integrity check succeeded but synchronization failed with an error stating missing updates or fields. I’m new to both systems and need guidance.

hey, try checking if all req fields are properly mapped. i had a similar issue and it was a config glitch on my end. sometimes payload errors happen due to even a tiny config mistake.
