Just Learned About Google Docs' Character Restrictions

It’s worth mentioning that my document consists of 12 chapters and over 540 pages, with some still in the revision process. I appreciate using Google Docs for its accessibility, especially on mobile, allowing me to jot down thoughts whenever inspiration strikes.

oh man, I totally get you, google docs is super handy for on-the-go edits. I use it for my online projects too. The character limit can be a pain, though. Had to split a big doc once! Be careful with that.

From my experience, Google Docs is excellent for maintaining accessibility and collaboration on larger projects, especially if you’re sharing your work with others for feedback in real-time. However, I found the character restrictions a bit restrictive for some of my extensive projects. To manage this, I would create separate documents for specific chapters or sections. This helps in maintaining clarity, speeds up loading times, and ensures I don’t breach any character limits that might disrupt the flow of my work.
