I have several customers who need basic website metrics - stuff like visitor counts and click tracking on certain elements. The problem is that Google Analytics feels way too complicated for them. The dashboard is overwhelming and they just want to see simple numbers without all the extra features.
They get confused by all the different reports and options. Most of them only care about how many people visited their site and whether users are clicking on important buttons or links. The GA interface seems designed for marketing professionals, not regular business owners.
Has anyone found better alternatives that focus on simplicity? I’m looking for something with a clean, easy-to-understand interface that still provides accurate data. What tools have worked well for clients who just need the basics?
