Long-term HubSpot Users: Share Your Journey and Insights

I’ve been with HubSpot for a while now. How about you?

As someone who’s used HubSpot for many years, I’m wondering if others have noticed changes. At first, I was really happy with the platform. It had everything I needed and the support was great. But lately, things seem different.

Has anyone else felt like the quality of customer service isn’t what it used to be? And what about features? I’ve noticed some tools I used to have are now only available if I pay more. It’s kind of annoying to lose access to stuff I’ve been using for years.

I’m curious to hear from other long-time users. What’s your take on HubSpot’s evolution? Have you had good experiences? Bad ones? Let’s chat about how the platform has changed over time and if it’s still meeting your needs.

been on hubspot for 4 years. yeah, noticed some changes too. new features are cool, but the pricing shifts bug me. some tools i relied on got moved to pricier tiers. support’s slower now, but still ok. overall, its still useful for my biz, but im keepin an eye out for other options. anyone else feeling the same?

I’ve been with HubSpot for nearly a decade, and it’s been quite a journey. The platform’s growth has been impressive, but it’s come with trade-offs. While the feature set has expanded significantly, especially in areas like automation and reporting, I’ve found the user interface has become more complex over time. This can be challenging for new team members to navigate.

Regarding customer support, I’ve experienced longer wait times and occasionally less thorough responses. It seems the rapid growth has stretched their support resources thin. As for pricing, the shift towards a more tiered model has indeed made some previously accessible features more expensive. This has prompted us to reevaluate our needs and usage periodically.

Despite these challenges, HubSpot still provides substantial value for our operations. However, it’s crucial to stay informed about alternatives and regularly assess if the platform continues to align with our evolving business requirements.

I’ve been using HubSpot for about 6 years now, and I’ve definitely noticed some changes. The platform has grown significantly, which is both good and bad.

On the positive side, HubSpot has added a ton of new features and integrations. The CRM has become much more robust, and the marketing tools have expanded quite a bit. I’m particularly impressed with the improvements to the reporting and analytics capabilities.

However, the customer service isn’t quite what it used to be. Response times are longer, and there have been instances where support reps didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they once were. Given the platform’s rapid growth, these shifts are somewhat understandable, though still frustrating.

Pricing changes have also been a concern; features that used to be included now require upgrading to a higher-tier package. While HubSpot still delivers value for my business, I’m now paying closer attention to alternative solutions.
