Longtime Hubspot customer seeking alternatives due to declining service

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using Hubspot for over a decade now, and it’s breaking my heart to think about switching. But I feel like I don’t have a choice anymore. The quality has really gone downhill lately.

Our sales team relies on it for lead management, and I use it for setting up workflows and tracking where our sales come from. It used to be great, but now it’s just not cutting it.

Has anyone else felt this way about Hubspot recently? More importantly, can you recommend any good alternatives that might work better for us? We need something that can handle both sales lead management and marketing automation.

I’d really appreciate any suggestions or experiences you can share. It’s tough to leave a tool we’ve used for so long, but we need to find something that meets our needs better. Thanks in advance for your help!

I can relate to your frustration with HubSpot’s declining service. Our company recently transitioned to Pipedrive, and it’s been a refreshing change. The interface is intuitive, making the learning curve less steep than some alternatives. We’ve found it particularly effective for sales pipeline management and basic marketing automation. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of HubSpot, Pipedrive’s simplicity and reliability have actually improved our team’s productivity. The pricing is also more competitive, which was a significant factor in our decision. It might be worth evaluating to see if it aligns with your specific needs.

yo tom, ive been in the same boat. hubspot’s been slippin lately. we switched to Salesforce last yr and its been pretty solid. bit of a learnin curve but way more robust. their customer support is on point too. might be worth checkin out if ur ready for a change

I hear you on the HubSpot frustrations. We went through something similar last year and ended up switching to Zoho CRM. It’s been a game-changer for us.

Zoho offers a great balance between sales and marketing features. The lead management is solid, and their workflow automation tools are actually more intuitive than HubSpot’s in my experience. We’ve seen a significant boost in our team’s efficiency since making the switch.

One thing I really appreciate is Zoho’s customization options. We’ve been able to tailor it much more to our specific processes compared to HubSpot. The analytics are also top-notch, giving us clearer insights into our sales funnel.

The transition wasn’t without its challenges, but Zoho’s support team was incredibly helpful. Overall, it’s been worth the effort. Might be worth checking out if you’re in the market for a comprehensive CRM that won’t break the bank.
