Hey everyone,
I’m wondering if anyone else is having trouble with Mailgun right now. It looks like there might be some big problems going on, especially with logging into accounts.
Has anyone run into issues trying to use Mailgun today? If you have, could you let me know what kind of problems you’re seeing? It would be really helpful to know if this is just me or if it’s affecting lots of users.
If you’ve got any info about what’s going on or how long it might last, that would be great too. Thanks for any help you can give!
I can confirm that Mailgun is indeed experiencing significant issues today. Our company relies heavily on their service for client communications, and we’ve been severely impacted. Login attempts have been failing intermittently, and when we do manage to access the dashboard, email deliverability is unreliable at best. We’ve observed delays of several hours for some messages, while others seem to vanish entirely. Their lack of transparent communication about the situation is particularly frustrating. We’re currently exploring alternative providers to mitigate future risks. Has anyone had success with Amazon SES or Postmark in similar scenarios? This outage has certainly highlighted the importance of having a backup email service in place.
yea, mailgun’s been a nightmare today. couldnt even log in for like 5 hours. their status page is useless too, says everything’s fine. bs. my emails are stuck in limbo. might have to switch to sendgrid if this keeps up. anyone know if they’re more reliable?
I’ve been dealing with Mailgun issues all day, and it’s been a real headache. Couldn’t log in for hours, and when I finally did, sending emails was hit or miss. Tried reaching out to their support, but got radio silence. From what I’ve gathered, it seems to be a widespread problem affecting their authentication systems and email delivery infrastructure. No official word on when it’ll be resolved, but I’d recommend having a backup email service ready just in case. This outage is seriously impacting my business communications, and I’m considering switching providers if it continues much longer. Anyone else thinking about alternatives?
