Major outage affecting Airtable platform

I’m currently experiencing problems accessing several of my Airtable databases and workspaces. The platform seems to be down or having serious technical difficulties right now. Multiple bases are completely unreachable and I keep getting error messages when trying to load my data.

This is really frustrating since I need to access my project information urgently. Has anyone else run into similar connectivity problems with Airtable today? I’m wondering if this is a widespread service disruption or if the issue is just affecting certain users.

Please let me know in the replies if you’re also dealing with Airtable access issues and describe what specific problems you’re seeing. Any updates on when normal service might be restored would be helpful too.

Same here. Connection’s been dropping on and off since 2 PM EST. Some bases work fine, others just error out or hang forever. Our API calls are failing too, which killed all our automated stuff. Usually takes Airtable 2-4 hours to fix these once they figure out what’s wrong. Definitely keep local backups of anything important - I got burned hard during their big outage six months back. Support’s pretty good once they get their servers back up.

Same issue here. Started about an hour ago - my team can’t sync changes to our shared workspace. Thought it was just slow loading at first, but now I’m getting consistent timeout errors across different browsers and devices. Mobile app’s down too. This sucks because we’ve got a client presentation tomorrow morning and all our materials are in Airtable. Their status page hasn’t been updated yet, which is concerning. Really hope they acknowledge this soon and give us a timeline for the fix.
