Microsoft outlook authentication doesnt work for non-admin users, pipedream works.
Hi @jhjhjhzxc
That is correct, currently our application is under verification from Microsoft for our Latenode application, as soon as it is verified you won’t have to ask admin to get you an access.
We are estimating this issue.
Currently please ask your admin to give Latenode app rights for API access for MS Outlook.
This is expected behavior if the Outlook integration hasn’t been approved by your Microsoft 365 tenant yet. Non-admin users typically can’t grant organization-wide permissions on their own, so the OAuth flow will fail until an administrator consents to the required API permissions.
If you’re the tenant admin, have a look at the Enterprise Applications/App Registrations in Microsoft Entra ID and grant admin consent for the requested Microsoft Graph permissions. Once that’s done, regular users should be able to authenticate without needing individual approval.
If you’re not the admin, your only option is to ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to approve the application. After the app completes Microsoft’s verification process, this limitation should no longer be an issue for most organizations.
Did you see a specific error message during sign-in (for example, “Need admin approval” or AADSTS65001)? That can help confirm whether it’s a permissions issue or something else.
