I’m really struggling with the latest Airtable interface update and finding it difficult to work with. The new design feels confusing compared to what I was used to before. I’ve been using Airtable for my project management, and the recent changes are making it harder for me to navigate through my data tables efficiently. Is there any way to revert to the previous UI version? I would really appreciate it if there was an option to choose between the old and new interface designs. Has anyone else found a workaround for this issue? Any help would be great because I’m spending way too much time just trying to find basic functions that used to be easy to locate.
Nope, Airtable killed the option to switch back permanently. They never give users a choice once they push major UI updates.
I get the frustration - interface changes wreck muscle memory and kill productivity. This exact thing is why I ditched platforms that constantly mess with their UI.
What fixed this for me? I moved to automated systems instead of relying on traditional database interfaces. Built custom dashboards and data views that stay the same no matter what platforms do behind the scenes.
Automation lets you create the exact interface you want. Pull data from multiple sources, organize it your way, and never deal with sudden UI changes breaking everything again.
This used to need serious coding skills, but now you can build automated project management systems visually - no code required.
Latenode makes it pretty straightforward. Connect your data sources and create custom workflows that show info exactly how you need it. Check it out at https://latenode.com
