Hi everyone! Our company is getting ready to start a vendor selection process in the coming months. We need to establish a direct connection between our Snowflake warehouse and HubSpot platform. Ideally we want to avoid middleware solutions, though we might consider tools like Stacksync if necessary.
Since we already handle data cleaning, deduplication, and household matching within Snowflake, we want to keep that logic there instead of rebuilding it in HubSpot. This means we need someone who really understands how to work with Snowflake as the primary data source.
Has anyone worked with consultants or agencies that specialize in Snowflake integrations? Looking for recommendations based on actual experience.
we used phData last year for our snowflake needs, and they were great! they kept our data logic in snowflake, which was a huge relief since moving things to hubspot would have been a mess. def recommend checking them out!
Check out Slalom if they’re still doing Snowflake work. We used them for a warehouse-to-CRM integration two years ago and they got our reluctance to move business logic around. Most consultants wanted to rebuild everything in the destination system, but Slalom respected that our data transformations belonged in Snowflake. What impressed me most was how they handled real-time sync without compromising data integrity. Took about 4 months from kickoff to go-live, which was reasonable for the complexity. Just make sure whoever you pick has recent experience with HubSpot’s API limitations - that ended up being more of a constraint than the Snowflake side.
Did a similar integration about 18 months back. Went with Keyrus and they were solid. What I liked most? They didn’t try forcing everything into HubSpot’s native tools - kept our existing Snowflake workflows intact. They even helped optimize our deduplication while setting up the connection. Here’s what I’d do during vendor evaluation: make them walk through exactly how they handle incremental data syncs. We got burned because not all specialists get the nuances of keeping Snowflake as source of truth while HubSpot stays current. Our team had done this exact scenario multiple times before, which saved us from major headaches.
