I’m a small business consultant building a mailing list to offer my services.
Tools that I plan to use: Apollo.io (Workspace Gmail), Bigin CRM (Zoho), and Latenode for a simple automation.
I would like to use Apollo.io for a lead generation cold email campaign (email and email verification).
Then send interested prospects who optin, to Bigin CRM for email marketing via Latenode.
I’m unsure how to start this; I have Apollo.io as the first node ‘New Account’ named ‘Optin’.
I’ve input the API Key from Apollo.io but the change button is activated and not the save button (see image_1).
So I continued and added Bigin at step 2 as a ‘Create Contact’ node named ‘Create Contact’ (see image_2).
I then filled in the required fields (name, title, etc).
However, the company ID only showed the sample company (Zylker Corp).
At this point I decided to ask for help and clarification (see image_3). I didn’t see a topic in ‘Tips & Tutorials’ that would help me at the beginning stage.
I’m assuming that, what I want to do is possible. Is this correct so far or no? Is there a better way to set this up?
These are the instructions that I’m following: Apollo and Bigin by Zoho CRM integration | Automated Workflows with Latenode

Hi!
From your screenshot, it looks like the Apollo authorization is already connected — no need to add it again. You can go ahead and run the node or the entire scenario, and it should work fine since the New Account trigger from Apollo doesn’t require any mandatory fields.
As for the Create Contact node:
The Save button is disabled because the required field Last Name hasn’t been filled out. Without it, the API request to create a contact can’t be sent — it’s a mandatory field on Apollo’s side. Just enter a last name, and the Save button will become active.
If you have any more questions, I’m happy to help!
