NFL Draft 2025 Preparation Spreadsheet

Calling all NFL Draft enthusiasts!

Hey everyone,

I’m a huge fan of the NFL Draft and I’m also really into data, so I created a new spreadsheet to gear up for the event. I’ve been continuously updating it, and with the draft just around the corner, I figured some of you might appreciate having this resource as well.

The sheet includes stats like overall rankings, consensus ratings, and projected draft rounds, all sourced from different websites. There’s also a dedicated tab for team visits—I’ve added entries for my favorite team, but you can customize it with your preferences.

Additionally, I’ve included my own comments and tags for players I admire or prefer to avoid. Although it’s a work in progress, I’m open to any suggestions for improvement. Let me know if there are extra features you’d like to see!

yo emmat83, this spreadsheet sounds dope! i’d love to see a column for player injuries/medical concerns. that stuff can tank a guys draft stock big time. maybe add some mock drafts from top analysts too? could be cool to compare ur rankings with the pros. keep killin it bro!

That’s an impressive undertaking, emmat83.

As someone who’s followed the draft process closely over the years, I appreciate the effort you’re putting into combining such valuable data in one spot. Have you thought about adding a column for athletic testing results from the Combine and Pro Days? Those figures can significantly influence draft stock. It may also be beneficial to incorporate a tab for trade scenarios, as these can have a major impact on team strategies. Keep up the excellent work; resources like yours truly enhance the overall draft experience.

As a long-time NFL scout, I can’t stress enough how valuable a resource like this can be. One crucial element you might consider adding is a column for character assessments. In my experience, a player’s off-field behavior and work ethic can make or break their NFL career.

I’d also suggest incorporating a section for scheme fit analysis. Each team runs different systems, and a player who excels in one might struggle in another. This could help predict which teams are more likely to target specific players.

Lastly, don’t underestimate the importance of special teams contributions for mid to late-round prospects. Many rookies earn their roster spots through special teams play. Adding a column to highlight standout special teams performers could provide unique insights.

Keep refining this tool. It has the potential to become an indispensable resource for draft enthusiasts and even industry professionals.
