About two years ago I submitted a request for a handle that matches my business name. Based on what I read, you can get a Telegram username if you already have it on two big social media sites and it’s not one of those special NFT usernames. I do have the same name on Twitter and Instagram, and the Telegram version isn’t taken by anyone else or an NFT type. But it’s been forever and I haven’t heard anything back. The bot doesn’t give you any way to follow up or contact real people at Telegram. Has anyone figured out how to actually talk to someone there about this kind of thing?
