I’ve noticed that many have come across the original Puppeteer Method (beta version). With your useful feedback, I’m excited to share an updated version aimed at significantly enhancing its effectiveness.
When creating a shifting technique, two major challenges arise:
- Are the additional steps beneficial and essential, or merely reflections of our personal limiting beliefs?
- How can we communicate these steps in a more effective manner? Your insights have been invaluable, and I have sought to enhance the clarity of my instructions.
In this revised method, I’ve simplified the language. For instance, rather than saying, “Choose a simple action,” I now suggest, “wiggle your fingers.” This adjustment is intended to make the process more straightforward for newcomers. However, remember that these steps should not feel rigid—this experience is truly your own.
Updated Procedures:
Step 1: Get Comfortable: Find a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted. Forget elaborate relaxation techniques; just sit or lie down comfortably, similar to getting ready for a video game. Your focus is essential.
Step 2: Recognize Your Destination: Identify where you wish to shift and what your desired reality (DR) self is doing. Picture something simple, like resting. Take a moment to connect with that idea.
Step 3: Prepare to Act: Keep your current reality (CR) body still. Soon, we will will our DR hand to move without visualizing. Just intend for it to move as easily as you would will your CR hand to do so.
Step 4: Initiate Movement: Start with gently tapping your DR fingers. It’s crucial to recognize that this is happening as you intended, regardless of whether you can feel or see it.
Continue this with your toes, pausing between movements. You may experience various sensations, but remain focused on the process.
Step 5: Increase Movement: Keep repeating movements with your fingers and toes. When comfortable, incorporate larger gestures with your hands and feet. Ensure to ignore any sensations and concentrate solely on the actions.
Step 6: Enhance Further: Will your DR body to breathe at your command, disregarding your CR breathing. Focus only on your DR body’s response, including blinking your eyes as requested.
Step 7: Dismiss All Distractions: Stay committed to performing the actions, ignoring any symptoms which arise—these should not distract you from your task. If you feel symptoms, consider them unimportant. The only focus should be on achieving your DR state.
Step 7.5: Navigating the Void: Sometimes, a disorienting void may occur during the shifting process. In this case, refocus on your DR self and keep moving without losing momentum. Trust the method will work.
I’ve refined the communication of this method significantly. My intention is to assist in conveying what is necessary for your success.
General Guidance: Most questions can be addressed simply: “Don’t worry about it; it’s not significant.” Additionally, recognize and manage any fear that may arise during the experience. Validate it but focus on the method.
It’s recommended to try this method for about 30 minutes; if it turns tedious, take a break. Your journey should be light-hearted and enjoyable. Good luck with your shifting journey!
