Question re credits usage

I want to build whatsapp chat bot. technically every message is a run which will eat one credit. if this is the case 2000 credits is basically one typical hour of chatbot usage in an average client service department. am i right or missing something

Please clarify your question

What do you mean by “1 hour”? Does your company receive an average of more than 2,000 inquiries per hour?

With the logic 1 credit = 1 bot response, which is quite accurate :slightly_smiling_face:—on the micro plan, where credits cannot be split (in higher plans, partial credits can be used if the scenario runs for less than X seconds)—2,000 credits would equal 2,000 chatbot responses.

On higher-tier plans, the conditions become even more favorable.

I mean that average conversation with a costumer is 50 messages. Incl hi; whatsup; thank you; etc.
20-30 conversations simultaneously every hour is an good day.
That’s approximately 200k messages monthly. Looks like 300$ plan is the only feasible option. Am I correct?

If the project is so large that it requires up to 200,000 requests, then yes—this would be the only viable option for handling such volumes. In this case, it might even be worth discussing larger custom plans.

Also, if you don’t mind me asking, what industry is this project in?
