I’m trying to find a form creation tool that works well with HubSpot, especially our custom objects. We’re a growing business and HubSpot is our main CRM. The tricky part is we need to make forms for customers that can pull info from all parts of HubSpot, including deals, customers, companies, and our custom objects.
We tried PandaDoc but it didn’t quite fit the bill. Now I’m wondering if anyone has used JotForm, Zoho Form, Formstack, or DocuSign with HubSpot custom objects? Or any other tool that might work?
The big challenge is that our product options are in custom objects, and it seems most form builders don’t play nice with those. We’re open to custom solutions too, as long as it meets our needs.
Any tips or experiences would be super helpful. Thanks!
hey alex, have u checked out Cognito Forms? it’s pretty sweet with hubspot. i’ve used it for custom objects and it’s pretty flexible. the drag-n-drop builder is easy to use and u can pull in data from different hubspot areas. might be worth a look if you havent tried it yet. good luck!
As someone who’s been in your shoes, I’d recommend looking into Typeform. We’ve used it extensively with HubSpot, including custom objects, and it’s been a game-changer for our business.
Typeform’s HubSpot integration is pretty solid, and with some API work, we managed to pull off seamless integration with our custom objects. The forms look sleek and professional, which our customers love.
One thing to keep in mind is that you might need a developer to help set up the custom object integration. It’s not out-of-the-box, but once it’s done, it works like a charm.
The analytics Typeform provides have also been invaluable for optimizing our forms and improving conversion rates. Just make sure you’re on their business plan or higher to get the most out of the HubSpot integration.
It’s not perfect - there can be some lag in data syncing at times - but overall, it’s been the best solution we’ve found for our complex form needs with HubSpot.
I’ve had success using Formstack with HubSpot custom objects. It offers robust integration capabilities and allows for dynamic form fields that can pull data from various HubSpot entities, including custom objects. The setup process requires some technical know-how, but once configured, it’s quite powerful.
One key advantage is Formstack’s ability to map form fields directly to HubSpot properties, including those in custom objects. This ensures seamless data flow and reduces manual data entry. Additionally, their conditional logic feature can help create dynamic forms based on user inputs or existing HubSpot data.
However, be prepared for a learning curve and potentially some custom development work to fully leverage the integration with custom objects. It’s not a plug-and-play solution, but the flexibility it offers might be worth the investment for your specific needs.
