sharing google analytics dashboard access with others

My boss wants to see our website traffic data. I set up Google Analytics and can view the stats when I log into my account. Can I give my manager access to see the same analytics dashboard? What’s the best way to share this information with him so he can check the visitor numbers himself without using my login credentials?

Yeah, you can share Google Analytics access directly. Go to Admin > User Management, add your boss’s email, and set their permissions.

But I do something that works way better - I automate the reporting instead.

I pull the metrics they actually care about and send formatted reports automatically. Way more efficient than making them log in and hunt through dashboards.

Set up workflows that grab visitor numbers, traffic sources, conversions - whatever your boss needs. Format it nicely and deliver on schedule.

This saves everyone time and you control what gets shared. Plus you can combine GA data with other sources for a complete picture.

Latenode makes this really easy. Connect to the Google Analytics API, process however you want, and send it wherever your boss prefers.

for sure! just go to the GA admin, hit the gear icon, find account access management and add your boss’s email. just make it view-only so he can check things out without messing up the data, easy peasy!
