Hey everyone,
I just read something interesting about Shopify’s CEO. Apparently, he’s telling his team leaders they need to show that AI can’t do a job before they can hire more people. What do you think about this?
It seems like AI is becoming a big deal in the workplace. I’m curious how other companies are handling this. Are they also making teams prove that they need human workers instead of AI?
Has anyone here experienced something similar at their job? I’d love to hear your thoughts on how AI might change hiring practices in the future. Do you think this approach makes sense, or is it too extreme?
Let me know what you think!
