I’m trying to create a GIF that I can use in Instagram comments. I got the Giphy application on my phone and logged into my account. After that, I uploaded a video file to convert it into a GIF format.
When the upload finished, I saw a message saying “your gif is now uploaded. Please ch..” but I can’t see the complete message because it gets cut off on my screen. The problem is that when I check my uploads section in my profile, there’s nothing there. The GIF doesn’t show up anywhere.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? What am I doing wrong in the process? I just want to get my custom GIF ready so I can share it in Instagram comments.

First, check if your video meets Giphy’s specs. They’re picky - max 15 seconds and strict file size limits.
