SVG export from Figma shows distorted rounded corners

I’m having trouble with SVG exports from Figma. I designed a button with smooth rounded corners that looks perfect in the Figma editor. When I export it as a PNG file, everything appears exactly as expected with nice curved borders.

However, when I export the same design as an SVG file, the rounded corners become jagged and pixelated. The smooth curves turn into choppy, stepped edges that look unprofessional. This happens even when I zoom in on the SVG file.

I’ve tried different export settings but the problem persists. The SVG format should theoretically give me crisp vector graphics, but instead I’m getting worse quality than the raster PNG export. Has anyone experienced similar issues with Figma’s SVG export functionality? What could be causing this degradation in the rounded border appearance?

that’s strange - i never had this problem w/ figma svgs before. maybe try increasing the curve quality in ur export settings? also, check if ur using effects or shadows that don’t translate well to svg. figma might be turning them into raster bits, ruining the smoothness.
