Just wrapped up a project where we integrated HubSpot with our existing CRM and the results have been incredible. We were hesitant about the migration at first because our sales team was comfortable with the old system, but the lead scoring feature alone has transformed how we prioritize prospects. What really surprised me was how much time we saved on data entry once the workflows were properly configured. Our conversion rate from MQL to SQL jumped by about 35% in the first quarter after implementation. The reporting dashboard gave us visibility into our funnel that we never had before, which helped identify bottlenecks we didn’t even know existed. The learning curve was steeper than expected but the support documentation is comprehensive enough that we managed most of the setup internally.
