Tirzepatide Inventory and Tracking Sheet - Spreadsheet Edition

I’ve finally created a spreadsheet version of my Tirzepatide inventory tracker and dosage plan. Thanks for your patience, everyone!

The sheet is pretty straightforward. Once you input your stock, the log section (highlighted in yellow) will automatically deduct from your inventory as you use it. Keep in mind that this doesn’t account for any extra medication left in the vial. You can always manually adjust the total volume for each vial to match your actual usage.

A big shoutout to Metroturfer for helping me set up sharing options!

Hope this helps you all with your Tirzepatide journey. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions for improvements.

awesome spreadsheet! been strugglin to keep track of my tirzepatide. quick question - can we add a reminder feature? im always forgettin when to take my next dose lol. maybe a cell that calculates the next injection date based on our dosing schedule? just a thought. thanks for makin this, ur a lifesaver!

This spreadsheet is a game-changer for Tirzepatide users. I’ve been relying on a hodgepodge of reminders and notes, but this centralizes everything nicely. One feature I’d find beneficial is a section to log insurance coverage and copay amounts. My coverage has fluctuated, and it would be helpful to track these changes alongside usage. Additionally, for those of us using multiple medications, perhaps a tab for potential drug interactions could be incorporated. It’s always prudent to have that information readily available. Kudos on creating such a practical tool for the community.

I’ve been using Tirzepatide for a few months now, and this spreadsheet is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Managing inventory has been a bit of a headache, especially with the varying doses.

One suggestion based on my experience: It might be helpful to add a column for noting any side effects or weight changes. I’ve found tracking these alongside my doses gives me a clearer picture of how my body’s responding over time.

Also, for those new to Tirzepatide, don’t be discouraged if you need to adjust your dose or schedule. It took me a bit of trial and error to find what worked best.

Thanks for putting this together, CreativePainter33. It’s going to make life a lot easier for many of us!

New to site. How do I find it? I’m not seeing a link. Thanks for putting it together!
