Trouble connecting Google Drive to Zapier for Sheets integration

I’m having a really frustrating problem with Zapier. I’m trying to set up a Google Sheets integration, but I can’t get Google Drive to connect properly. Every time I try, the Google Drive option just shows up as a blank space. I can’t click on it or do anything with it.

The weird thing is, Google Sheets itself is working fine in Zapier. I’ve even tried disconnecting and reconnecting my Google account a bunch of times, but it hasn’t helped with the Drive issue.

Has anyone run into this before? I’m kind of stuck and don’t know what to try next. Any ideas on how to get Google Drive to show up and work in Zapier? I’d really appreciate any help or advice you can give me!

I encountered a similar issue a while back. It turned out to be a browser-related problem. Have you tried using a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies? Sometimes, these simple steps can resolve connectivity issues with Zapier integrations. If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend checking your Google account permissions. Make sure you’ve granted Zapier full access to your Drive. Also, double-check if you’re using the correct Google account - I once spent hours troubleshooting only to realize I was logged into the wrong account! If all else fails, Zapier’s support team is quite responsive. They might be able to spot something we’re missing.

I’ve dealt with this exact problem before, and it was incredibly frustrating. What finally worked for me was using an incognito/private browsing window. For some reason, this bypassed whatever was causing the Google Drive connection issue in my regular browser.

If that doesn’t do the trick, try logging out of all your Google accounts in your browser, then log back in with only the account you’re trying to use with Zapier. Sometimes having multiple Google accounts signed in can confuse things.

Another thing to check - make sure your Google Drive isn’t at full capacity. I once had weird connection issues because my Drive was completely full and couldn’t accept new files.

hey, i had this issue too. super annoying! have u tried updating ur zapier app? sometimes old versions can cause weird glitches. also, check ur internet connection - i once thought it was a zapier problem but my wifi was just being wonky. if nothing works, maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling zapier? good luck!
