Trouble purchasing Premium subscription: Payment errors across platforms

Hey everyone, I’m having a really frustrating time trying to get Premium. I’ve tried everything I can think of but no luck so far. I’ve used different cards, tried on various Telegram clients, switched between devices, and even attempted it on the web version. But I keep hitting a wall.

Sometimes I get an error message right away. Other times, the bot starts processing the payment, but it takes forever and then crashes with an error at the end. It’s driving me crazy!

Has anyone else run into this issue? Any tips on how to get around it? I really want to upgrade but I’m out of ideas. Thanks for any help you can offer!

ugh, that sucks! i had similar probs b4. have u tried using a vpn? sometimes changing ur ip adress can help. also, make sure ur app is updated to latest version. if nothing works, hit up telegram support - they helped me out when i was stuck. good luck!

One workaround that eventually worked for me was clearing my browser cache and cookies, then attempting the purchase through the official Telegram web app (web.telegram.org) using a different payment method. If that doesn’t help, it might be worth reaching out to Telegram support directly. They were surprisingly responsive when I contacted them about a payment glitch.
