Having trouble creating new Twitch accounts from Israel

weird, i never heard of this happening in israel specifically. maybe try using a friend’s wifi or going to a cafe with different internet? sometimes twitch just blocks certain ip ranges by mistake and it has nothing to do with the country itself.
