Unable to access Hubspot due to email verification issues

Hey everyone, I’m having trouble getting into my Hubspot account and could use some help. Here’s what happened - our corporate email system had some downtime recently and I think this caused some delivery problems. Now when I try to log in, Hubspot wants to send me a verification code to my email but those messages aren’t coming through at all. I’ve checked my spam folder and everything but nothing shows up. Has anyone else run into this kind of problem before? I’m not sure if this is related to the email bounce that probably happened during our outage or if there’s something else going on. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be really appreciated.

I experienced a similar issue during our email migration, where verification emails were not received. I recommend reaching out to Hubspot support immediately, as they provide a chat option for login issues. In my case, a representative was able to temporarily disable email verification, which allowed me to update my information. They also cleared some domain flags that were causing the blockage. Within 24 hours, email delivery was restored. It’s best not to delay and contact them directly.

I encountered a similar situation a while back during a network outage at our office. The verification emails ceased to arrive, apparently because Hubspot flagged our domain after repeated delivery failures. To resolve it, I switched to mobile data for account recovery, which bypassed the issues with our corporate Wi-Fi. Additionally, I had to wait about 48 hours before attempting to log in again, as it took time for Hubspot to lift the temporary blocks. My email admin also confirmed that bounce-back notifications caused the issue.

This sounds like a domain reputation issue from your email outage. When your corporate email was down, Hubspot’s verification emails kept bouncing back, so their system probably blacklisted your domain temporarily. I’ve seen this before when our mail server went down for maintenance. Hit up your IT department first - ask them to whitelist Hubspot’s sending domains in your email security settings. You can also try getting the verification code sent to a different email if you’ve got one linked to your account. If that doesn’t work, Hubspot support can manually verify you, but you’ll need to provide account details and maybe some business verification.

man, i know how frustrating this can be. had a similar issue too. try switching browsers or use incognito mode; could be a cache prob. if not, tell your email admin to check if HubSpot emails are blocked. our IT had to whitelist them after a similar outage.
