Hi everyone! I’ve been trying to figure out if there’s a way to make voice calls through Siri to contacts stored in Hubspot. My managers keep asking about this feature but I can’t seem to find a clear answer anywhere.
From what I understand, the Hubspot mobile app doesn’t support voice commands for calling contacts directly. I’ve seen some forum posts mentioning this limitation but wanted to check with actual users here.
Has anyone found a workaround or solution for hands-free calling with Hubspot? I’ve looked at various third-party calling tools but they all seem to just add more web interfaces rather than actual voice integration.
I experienced a similar issue with my team. Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in method for using Siri with HubSpot contacts. However, a solution we discovered is syncing your key HubSpot contacts to your iPhone’s native Contacts app. This requires some manual updates on your part, so it isn’t the most convenient option, but it allows you to utilize Siri for hands-free calling to those crucial clients. It’s not perfect, but it’s currently the best workaround available.
yeah, this limitation sucks. i exported my hottest leads from hubspot and imported them into my phone contacts with tags like “hubspot-client” to tell them apart. takes about 10 minutes to set up, then siri works fine for calling them. not automated tho - you’ll need to manually update when new contacts come in.
We hit this same issue last year. HubSpot’s app doesn’t work with Siri at all, which is frustrating when trying to make calls while driving or on the go. What worked for us was setting up a Zapier automation that syncs your active HubSpot contacts to your phone’s contact list periodically. This keeps your contacts updated without manual effort, allowing Siri to dial them directly. The setup took about 30 minutes, but it saves a significant amount of time down the road. However, you’ll need a paid Zapier account, so it may be worth discussing with your managers since they’re interested in this feature.
