I’m seeking advice on bulk email solutions.
Currently, our emails are bouncing excessively because MailGun’s shared IP addresses often land on blocklists. We lack the budget for dedicated IPs, and MailGun does not offer a resolution for these compromised shared addresses. This issue particularly affects emails sent to users with accounts at providers like Google and Microsoft. Can anyone recommend alternative email service providers that achieve higher deliverability rates?
Based on personal experience, I found that switching to Amazon SES greatly improved our deliverability. The integration was slightly more hands-on compared to other providers, but it offered me complete control over email settings, which in the long run reduced the bounce rates significantly. After carefully setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, the campaigns became more stable and consistent. The cost efficiency combined with higher deliverability makes it a strong candidate for those who are unwilling or unable to invest in dedicated IPs like in the case of some other services.
i recently tripped over sendgrid, and so far its delivrability is far better than mailgun’s shared ips. might be worth a look if you’re fed up with bounces.
