We’ve been using HubSpot as our main CRM for some time. While it serves our customer management needs well, we’ve found its outbound features aren’t very effective for cold emailing.
I’m looking for suggestions on cold email platforms that integrate seamlessly with HubSpot without needing complicated setups. Has anyone had good experiences with integrating HubSpot and a cold outreach tool? I would love to hear how the integration worked and what your daily tasks look like.

We’ve used Outreach.io for a year now and can’t imagine switching back to HubSpot’s email tools. Takes 5 minutes to connect via API and it pulls all your contact segments automatically. The reply detection is what sold me - when someone responds, it kills the sequence right away and logs everything back to HubSpot. Personalization tokens work great with custom HubSpot fields, so I can pull in company size, industry, whatever custom stuff we’ve set up. We’re getting about 40% better open rates than we did with HubSpot alone. The scheduling respects timezone data from HubSpot too, which definitely helps response rates. Only complaint is their A/B testing has a learning curve, but the ROI makes it worth it.
