What made you switch from HubSpot to another CRM?

Hey everyone! I’m looking into CRM options for my small service-based company. HubSpot is on my radar since I’ve used it before, but I’m wondering about other choices too.

I know Salesforce is out there, but it seems like overkill for what I need. Go High Level caught my eye recently.

For those who moved away from HubSpot, what pushed you to make that decision? I’m mostly after simple stuff like keeping tabs on leads and deals.

Just trying to figure out if HubSpot is still the best fit or if I should explore alternatives. Any insights would be super helpful! Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences.

I transitioned from HubSpot to Zoho CRM last year, primarily due to cost considerations and feature alignment. While HubSpot offers a comprehensive suite, many features were underutilized in our workflow. Zoho provided a more cost-effective solution without sacrificing essential functionality.

The user interface of Zoho is clean and intuitive, making it easier for our team to adopt. We particularly appreciate the customization options, allowing us to tailor the CRM to our specific needs. The mobile app is robust, enabling field sales to update records in real-time.

Integration capabilities were another selling point. Zoho seamlessly connects with our existing tools, streamlining our processes. The reporting features are powerful yet accessible, providing valuable insights without the need for a data analyst.

However, the transition did require some adjustment, and the learning curve was steeper than anticipated. Despite this, the long-term benefits in terms of efficiency and cost savings have justified the switch for our organization.

i switched from hubspot to monday.com last year and its been great. hubspot was too complex for our small team. monday.com is more visual and easier to customize. we can track leads and deals without gettin lost in extra features. plus, its way cheaper. the dashboards are awsome for quick overviews. just my 2 cents!

I made the switch from HubSpot to Pipedrive about a year ago, and it’s been a game-changer for my small business. While HubSpot is feature-rich, I found it overwhelming and often felt like I was paying for tools I didn’t use. Pipedrive’s simplicity and focus on the sales pipeline really aligned with my needs.

The visual pipeline in Pipedrive makes it incredibly easy to track leads and deals. It’s intuitive, and I spend less time managing the CRM and more time actually selling. The mobile app is also fantastic for updating on the go.

Cost was another factor. Pipedrive’s pricing structure is more straightforward and affordable for a small team. Plus, their customer support has been excellent whenever I’ve needed help.

That said, every business is different. If you need robust marketing automation, HubSpot might still be the better choice. But for straightforward lead and deal management, I’ve found Pipedrive to be more than sufficient and a better fit for my needs.
