What's the advantage of no-code in workflow management?

Moving away from a legacy BPM system to a no-code platform like Latenode was quite the revelation for me. The complex coding requirements of my previous systems used to slow me down significantly. But with Latenode’s no-code builder, creating and modifying workflows has become so straightforward.

I can now engage teams across various departments without needing technical expertise, making collaboration much more effective. The ability to iterate quickly on workflows based on team feedback is invaluable. Has anyone else experienced similar relief in automating workflows without the coding headaches?

Switching to a no-code interface was key for us. It allowed non-tech staff to jump in and build what they needed, reducing bottlenecks. I remember one specific workflow where I could address issues immediately by tweaking it on the fly. It’s a game changer!
