I’ve used Amazon SES for CRM integrations for three years now. The docs are solid and the REST API is easy to work with. What hooked me was the pricing - way cheaper than SendGrid or MailGun at higher volumes. You pay $0.10 per thousand emails after the free tier, which crushes most competitors. Delivery rates are excellent since it’s running on AWS infrastructure. The only pain is the initial setup - you have to get sending approval first, which takes 24-48 hours. But once you’re in, it’s rock solid. Support is good too, especially with AWS business support. Definitely worth it if you don’t mind the extra setup time.
