Why is HubSpot so frustrating to work with? Looking for better CRM alternatives

My team decided to go with HubSpot thinking it would be the safe choice since everyone talks about it. But honestly, it’s been nothing but headaches.

Here’s what we keep running into:

  • Basic workflows that should be simple just don’t work right, even after paying consultants to set them up
  • Customer service is terrible and takes forever to help with anything
