Google My Business Location Limit in Zapier
I’m having trouble with Zapier and Google My Business integration. For some reason, I can only see 100 locations when I try to access my Google My Business, Google Review, or Google Location data through Zapier.
I’ve tried searching for specific locations, but it seems like the rest of my list just isn’t there. Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there a way to view more than 100 locations?
I’m not sure if this is a limitation on Zapier’s end or if it’s something to do with my Google My Business account settings. Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks!
hey there, i’ve run into this too. it’s a pain, but zapier’s got that 100 location limit. one thing you could try is breaking up your locations into groups and making separate zaps for each. not perfect, but it might work. good luck!
I’ve encountered this issue before, and it’s actually a limitation on Zapier’s side. Zapier has a cap of 100 locations for Google My Business integrations, which can be frustrating for businesses with multiple locations. Unfortunately, there’s no built-in workaround within Zapier to bypass this limit.
However, you might consider using the Google My Business API directly if you need to access more than 100 locations. This requires some technical know-how, but it allows for more flexibility. Alternatively, you could explore other automation platforms that might offer higher limits for Google My Business integrations.
If you absolutely need to stick with Zapier, you might have to segment your locations and create multiple zaps to cover all your bases. It’s not ideal, but it can be a workable solution in some cases.
I’ve dealt with this limitation in my work managing multi-location businesses. The 100-location cap in Zapier is indeed frustrating. One strategy I’ve found effective is using Google Sheets as an intermediary. You can export all your GMB locations to a Google Sheet, then use Zapier to interact with the sheet instead of directly with GMB. This way, you can work around the location limit and still automate your processes.
Another option is to look into middleware solutions that can act as a bridge between Zapier and GMB, allowing you to access more locations. It requires some setup, but it’s been worth it for managing larger location sets.
Remember to regularly update your exported data to keep everything in sync. While not perfect, these workarounds have helped me manage hundreds of locations effectively through Zapier.
