I’ve run into a problem with my Podio and Zapier setup. I’m using Podio as a trigger for about 20 different zaps. Everything was working fine until I changed my Podio password recently.
After reconnecting my Podio account in Zapier, it looks like I’ve hit some kind of webhook limit. Is this a thing? Has anyone else experienced this?
I’m not sure what to do next. Any ideas on how to fix this or work around it? I really need these zaps to keep running smoothly for my workflow.
I’ve faced a similar situation with Podio and Zapier integration. The webhook limit is indeed a real constraint, especially after account changes. From my experience, the best approach is to gradually reactivate your zaps rather than all at once. Start with the most critical ones, then wait a day or two before activating the next batch. This method helped me avoid hitting the limit again.
Another strategy that worked for me was combining multiple triggers into single, more complex zaps where possible. This reduces the total number of webhooks needed. It takes some time to restructure, but it’s more efficient in the long run.
If you’re still having issues after trying these methods, reaching out to Zapier support might be necessary. They can provide specific guidance on your account’s webhook limits and potential workarounds.
After changing the password and reconnecting your Podio account in Zapier, I encountered the same webhook limit issue. I found that account changes can trigger a reset or cap in the webhook configuration, which may lead to connection problems with multiple zaps. In my case, contacting Podio support provided clarification on the limits, and they suggested temporarily reducing the number of active webhooks. I had to prioritize the most essential zaps, while temporarily disabling others, until I could reorganize my workflow into fewer, consolidated tasks. This approach helped maintain stability while adhering to the webhook restrictions.
yea, i’ve hit that limit before. it’s annoying af. try deleting some unused zaps or combining a few if u can. also, maybe space out reactivating them over a few days. if that don’t work, hit up zapier support. they’re usually pretty good about helping out with this kinda stuff.
