I’m currently looking at HubSpot’s pricing which includes:

  • Marketing Hub Starter with 1 Core Seat and 1,000 Marketing Contacts
  • Content Hub Professional with 3 Core Seats

Total cost is $525 monthly.

Looking for Zoho CRM equivalent that covers these key features:

  • Email campaign tracking and analytics
  • Deal pipeline management with automated follow-ups and contact segmentation for email lists
  • Professional contact forms that look good and are simple to set up
  • Website chat functionality

Can anyone tell me what Zoho CRM would cost per month for similar capabilities? Also wondering about the time investment needed for WordPress integration and transferring existing contacts to the new system. Any experiences with this kind of migration would be helpful too.

zoho crm professional should cover most of what you need for around $20/user/month. the forms builder is decent and chat works fine. migration from hubspot took me about 2 weeks part-time but thats mostly becuase i had messy data. wordpress integration is pretty straighforward with their plugin
